Easy Potato Boat Recipe | The Best Potato Recipe

This has to be one the best potato recipe in my book. These were a staple of eating out and "food ball" food on Sundays growing up in Wisconsin. I remember the first time I had them... It was at a little bar & grilled called M.J. Stevens off the interstate between hometown of Fond du Lac, WI and Milwaukee, WI. I was all of 5 or 6 at the time, and these became the "BEST FOOD EVER" in my small culinary world. As an adult, I still love them and like to get creative with my recipe for them.
