I wanted to share one of my favorite barbecue sauce recipes with you, because it’s a perfect for summer grilling! It combines the flavors of sweet cherries, with an almost Asian inspired umami accent.
My wife begs me to make this recipe, (more than we should if we’d like to stay in good health.)
Recipe for Sauce:
1) Brown 3 Tablespoons Garlic in a pan
2)Add in 2 Cups Pitted Cherries and let simmer for 10 mins
3)Add in – 1c Cider Vinegar, 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar, 1 Cup Brown Sugar, 2 Tablespoons Worshtishire Sauce, 3-6 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, 1 Cup Ketchup, Salt/Peeper to taste – Stir and let simmer for 15 mins.
4)Adjust seasoning to taste after simmer
