I love finding little hidden gems on the road. That is exactly how I would describe Grace Hill Winery in Whitewater Kansas (just outside Wichita). We tried their great wines and met the vintner with loads of passion for what he does, David Sollo! He was super friendly and shared with us the story of the winery and where it is headed. If you are ever in this area of the country and looking for something other than a Wichita Restaurant, this is a "Must Visit" location in my book.
