I LOVE THIS PASTA! Number one... This pasta is fresh! Number two.... It's super tasty! If you've had "flavored" pastas in the past that lacked in the flavor department, you have nothing to worry about with Incognito Pasta. Their Ciocotelle Pasta (chocolate pasta) packs a serious punch of deep, rich chocolate flavor. We accented this flavor with some fresh strawberries in a velvety ricotta cream sauce. Here's how to make it:
1 Pack Incognito Ciocotelle Pasta
1 Cup strawberries cut in half
1 Cup ricotta cheese
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons Butter
1) Cook your pasta for about 3 mins in water that has hit the boiling point. Turn the burner off once you put the pasta in and remove from water after 3 mins.
2) While the pasta is cooking, start your sauce by putting the butter in a pan and melting. Add in strawberries, sugar and toss. Let the berries soak in some of the sugar and begin to caramelize. Then add in balsamic and toss. Put in about 3 table spoons of the pasta water and continue to mix/toss.
3)Mix in ricotta cheese, let melt into a rich velvety cream sauce. Toss pasta into misture and put on plate. Top with a few fresh berries for extra color.

This is one delicious twist to the traditional pasta! The chocolate flavor surely adds a great accent to its taste. Everyone will surely enjoy this dish just like the ones in catering
Fort Lauderdale events, especially this holiday season.
