Eggs Benedict. The average serving is packed with a whopping 72 grams
of fat and a thousand calories. That’s almost the amount of fat you should have
in an entire day and a half – in one dish!
Cheeseburger.
Loaded with saturated fats, these thousand calorie conglomerations of fried red
meat, cheese and refined white bread can contribute to heart disease, stroke and
prostate or colon cancer. But they taste so good!!
Fondue, which has a little less fat, only 50 grams, but a waist-expanding 1,300 calories. It is a bowl of cheese after all.... What did you Expect.
Fettuccine Alfredo, the creamy 700-calorie concoction of pasta, cheese, butter and cream. Moderation is key here... also - Don't fool yourself into thinking that by adding "Grilled chicken" to this dish will make it better for you!
Adding chicken to my Fettuccine Alfredo might not make it better for me....but it sure is tasty.

Fondue does not have to be cheese. Fondue is much broader than that. I wonder the fat content of chicken cooked in oil fondue style.

There is also fondue style cooking in broth - delicious, and considering the foods that poach most effectively (namely chicken, seafood, and pasta) are all healthy :)
